A beach club is a beachfront (or poolside) venue that combines sunloungers or Balinese daybeds with a restaurant, cocktail bar and, often, a DJ or live music. In Marbella they are spread between Puerto Banús, the Golden Mile and the east side of town (Elviria, Las Chapas, Los Monteros), ranging from long, quiet lunches to champagne parties. Marbella One is a digital concierge app in Marbella that helps you request bookings at these venues through Marco, its AI assistant.
This guide covers the venues we could verify in 2025 and 2026 sources, with their location, atmosphere, season and indicative prices.
Which are the best-known beach clubs in Marbella in 2026?
There are three main areas. Puerto Banús has the party clubs; the Golden Mile and Río Real lean towards food; and east Marbella (Elviria, Las Chapas, Los Monteros, Real de Zaragoza) mixes pool clubs with laid-back, bohemian spots.
Seasons below are those published by each venue or the local press; where nothing is published, we say so.

Which Marbella beach club suits the day you have in mind?
The same day on the sand can feel very different depending on where you go. These are the patterns that come up again and again in local sources.
- Party and DJs: Ocean Club, Nikki Beach, Nao Pool Club and La Sala by the Sea. July and August weekends sell out, so book ahead.
- Quiet luxury: La Cabane in Los Monteros and the Marbella Club Beach Club on the Golden Mile, with a more discreet crowd.
- A proper lunch by the sea: Trocadero Arena, Sabine Beach, Oyana Beach (Las Chapas) or The Beach House (Coto de los Dolores), where the table matters more than the lounger.
- Boho and barefoot: Playa Padre, Luuma Beach and Moosa Bay, with long lunches and live music.
- With children: Ocean Club calls itself a family venue and suggests weekdays for young children; Siroko Beach (Lunamar) has a separate family garden.
How much does a sunbed or daybed cost at a Marbella beach club?
Prices vary by day of the week, row and season, and many venues sell packages that include a bottle. The figures below are indicative ranges published in 2025 and 2026; always check the rate when you book.
At the busiest clubs, food and drink are charged separately, and some add a weekend minimum spend.
- Single sunlounger at a mid-range club: approx. €40–70 (Estatefy, 2025). At Lucia, a beach lounger was approx. €40–50 in 2025.
- Daybed at Kova Beach Club: from approx. €250, redeemable against food and drink (Málaga Travel Guide, March 2026).
- Ocean Club, summer 2026: bed packages from approx. €300 (up to 3 people, with a bottle of champagne) to approx. €1,100 (up to 8). VIP beds add a minimum spend of approx. €500–1,000 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
- La Cabane, 2026 season: Front Bed approx. €650 (1–3 guests, with credit and a bottle) and VIP Pool Bed approx. €950 (1–4 guests), according to its booking site.
Which Marbella beach clubs are open all year?
Most run seasonally, roughly April to October. Nikki Beach, Ocean Club and La Sala by the Sea all list an April–October season, and Ocean Club has already announced its opening party for 30 April 2027.
If you are visiting in autumn or winter, the clearest option is Trocadero Arena on Río Real beach, which says it opens every day of the year. Luuma Beach (Playa Hermosa) is listed as open year-round in 2026 guides, and Oyana Beach (Las Chapas) takes bookings in November; check hours with both before you go. The Marbella Club Beach Club lists bar hours of 11:00–19:00 and notes a closure for works from 9 to 20 November.
Out of season, always check before you go: some venues open only at weekends or change their hours with the weather.
Is there a dress code or age limit?
Swimwear is fine by day, but you are expected to cover up to eat in the restaurant. Parties and dinners may call for something smarter or themed.
- Ocean Club: no sportswear, fancy dress, body glitter or hen-party accessories; opening and closing parties are strictly 18+.
- La Sala by the Sea: beachwear, and hen and stag groups are welcome.
- Kova Beach Club: no dress code, according to its launch coverage.
- La Cabane: minimum age of 16 for pool access.
- Opening parties: some set a theme; Nao Pool Club's 2026 opening asked for boho chic.
How do you book, and how far ahead?
The big clubs sell beds in advance, paid in full. At Ocean Club a prepaid bed must be claimed by 16:00; at La Sala by 12:30, or it may be released without a refund.
Cancellations usually earn a voucher rather than a refund: Ocean Club asks for 72 hours' notice and La Cabane for 24 hours, in both cases for credit within the season.
For July and August weekends, local guides suggest booking at least 3–4 days ahead, and up to 14 days for the busiest dates. Groups should note that Ocean Club caps the number of guests per bed, so you may need several.
When is the best time to visit a Marbella beach club?
July and August are peak season: more events, more atmosphere and higher prices. If you want good weather with fewer people, local sources point to late May, June and September as the best balance of climate, open venues and space.
April and October bring the season's opening and closing parties at many clubs, with a more local feel. In winter, the realistic plan is a long lunch by the sea at one of the few venues that stay open.
What is new on the Marbella beach club scene in 2026?
Hotel Don Carlos has reopened after its refurbishment, bringing back Nikki Beach and Lucia Marbella, which went from a summer pop-up to a permanent venue in March 2026.
In Real de Zaragoza, Sabine Beach opened in spring on the site of the long-running Aquí Te Quiero Ver chiringuito, alongside Amù Beach Club, which opened in August 2025. In Puerto Banús, Kova Beach Club is into its second season.
Frequently asked questions
What is the most famous beach club in Marbella?
Nikki Beach, on the Hotel Don Carlos beach in Elviria, has been in Marbella since 2003 and is one of the best known, alongside Ocean Club in Puerto Banús.
Can I turn up at a beach club without a booking?
On weekdays outside July and August you sometimes can, but the most popular clubs sell beds in advance. For summer weekends, book several days ahead.
Are Marbella beach clubs open in winter?
Most close between late October and April. Trocadero Arena on Río Real beach says it opens every day of the year, and 2026 sources show Luuma Beach and Oyana Beach operating out of season too; wherever you go, check opening hours first.
Is food included in the daybed price?
Usually not. At Ocean Club the package covers the bed and a bottle only; food and drink are extra. At Kova or La Cabane, part of the price becomes credit to spend.
Are there family-friendly beach clubs?
Yes. Ocean Club describes itself as a family venue and recommends weekdays with young children, and Siroko Beach has a family garden. At La Cabane the pool is for over-16s.
How Marbella One helps
With Marbella One, you tell Marco what kind of beach day you have in mind, the date and how many of you there are, in your own language and at any hour. Marco prepares the request and sends it to the beach club; your booking is confirmed once the venue accepts it, and you are notified straight away. If your first choice is full, ask Marco for alternatives nearby. To keep planning, see our guides to restaurants, nightlife, and Puerto Banús and the Golden Mile.
Opening times, prices and seasons can change, so always check with the venue. Marbella One does not charge for bookings; a request is only confirmed once the venue or provider accepts it.
