Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Marbella One platform and Concierge services. Legal entity details will be completed before production publication.
1. About Marbella One
Marbella One is a digital luxury concierge platform that helps customers discover, request and arrange services, experiences and reservations through Marbella One and its Concierge service.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Concierge service
Marbella One provides a concierge and service-management platform. The Concierge may assist with recommendations, requests, communications and reservations. Availability of any service is subject to confirmation by the relevant Service or Partner.
4. Requests and reservations
Submitting a request does not by itself guarantee availability or a reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when Marbella One communicates the applicable confirmation. The terms applicable to a particular service, including any payment guarantee, cancellation, no-show or other commercial conditions, are determined by the relevant Partner or Service and may apply specifically to that reservation.
5. Partners and Services
Marbella One acts as the platform and concierge intermediary for services made available through participating Partners and Services. The service itself is provided by the relevant Partner or Service, subject to the conditions applicable to that service.
6. Payments
Where payment or a payment guarantee is required, the applicable amount, method and conditions will be communicated as part of the relevant request or reservation. Payment processing may be performed through appropriate payment service providers.
7. AI-assisted Concierge
Marbella One may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist the Concierge. AI-generated information is intended to support the concierge service and may be reviewed, supplemented or corrected where appropriate.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or use Marbella One for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The Marbella One name, branding, visual identity, software, content and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without prior authorisation.
10. Availability and liability
Marbella One will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of the platform. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of any particular Partner, Service or experience. Liability will be subject to applicable law.
11. Account closure
You may request closure of your account. Marbella One may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, other users, Partners or Services, to prevent misuse, or where required by applicable law.
12. Changes
These Terms may be updated when Marbella One changes its services or when necessary to reflect legal or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
